You won’t find average pub food at The Old Bakehouse Tavern. While we still offer the classic pub meal favourites, our menu takes inspiration from the local Barossa region and the history of the Bakehouse to provide an unforgettable dining experience. From small plates that are ideal for sharing to our main meal options which leave you licking the plate, every meal is cooked on request and made from scratch.
The original Old Bakehouse Tavern oven, which is over 140 years old, has been painstakingly restored and is one of the few old bakery ovens in operation. Our woodfire cooking method gives our food that unique, smokey flavour which enhances the overall tastes and textures of the dishes we serve.

There is something for everyone at The Old Bakehouse Tavern. We provide a range of different vegetarian and vegan dishes as well as some gluten free options. If you have any specific dietary requirements, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate them.

A curated wine list meets creative cocktails

Enjoy a glass (or bottle) from our wide range of local and imported wines. Our carefully curated wine list boasts award winning Italian Proseco, Adelaide Hills Pinot Gris, and our very own Williamstown Shiraz Grenache. If you’re overwhelmed by choice, ask our staff for a recommended wine to pair perfectly with your meal.
